A small pencil brush with a conical tip for detail work around the eye. It places colour precisely into the crease, along the upper or lower lash line and in the outer corner, and it is the ideal tool for softening an eye pencil into a smoky line. The high-performance synthetic fibres hold their point and pick up just enough product. Use the tip to draw, then the side of the cone to diffuse. Made in Italy.
