General Terms

All products purchased from Qlick2Buy.com can be returned or exchange following policies :

• Fashion & Retail: 7 days exchange or refund from after receiving the order by the client.
• Fragrance : No exchange or refund except in nonconformity
• Chocolate : No exchange or refund .
• Accessories: cannot be exchanged nor returned for safety & hygiene concerns.
• If the product delivered does not match the product description and specifications mentioned on Qlick2Buy.com it can be subject to return or exchange under the same regulations.
• If the product delivered is defected or damaged
• If the product is not in its original condition or does not include all the mentioned accessories or if it was not delivered in its original box/cover
• Qlick2Buy.com reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet these requirements.

All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Qlick2Buy.com to verify compliance with the above conditions.

Once the above points are confirmed, the client can go directly to the Return option and request the return of the items.

Return requests must be initiated by contacting Qlick2Buy customer support using the contact details provided on the website or in the order confirmation email. Once the request is approved, return instructions will be shared with the customer.

Qlick2Buy.com reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject return requests in cases of suspected misuse or repeated abuse of the return policy.

Products that cannot be return

Qlick2Buy.com does not accept returns if the product you desire to return was used, damaged or their original packaging was damaged or opened. Additionally Qlick2Buy.com does not accept refunds or returns for items that are classified as:

• Beauty material, Health and personal care
• Lingerie, underwear, socks, swimsuits
• Accessories (like Sunglasses, watches,) Jewellery, CDs, DVDs, books, software
• Customized/ Altered products

Refund Cycle

The complete cycle of the refund process by Qlick2Buy.com takes from 7 up to 14 working days from the date of product arrival to our shops.

In case of accepted refund, if you placed the order with an online payment method such as credit card, or Debit card (Master-card or Visa). The same amount will be refunded to the same payment method. It is important to note that it can take up to 30 days for the money to be returned from the date the credit is refunded to your payment method depending on the bank used.
