Licensed to operate the business Qlick2Buy.com an online store under license (216911) issued by the (Ministry of Economy and Commerce) located at Doha, Qatar, which acts as a supervising authority.

Using Qlick2Buy.com

Qlick2Buy.com may be used solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial online shopping purposes through the Shopify platform.

Account cancellation does not affect any rights or obligations arising from orders placed prior to the cancellation, including payment, delivery, or refund obligations.

Using Qlick2Buy.com

In the event of any unsettled disputes after the initial 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the Judiciary of the State of Qatar to take appropriate actions in accordance to the E-Commerce law of Qatar
