Flare Primer (Dry Skin)

A hydrating primer made for normal to dry skin. The fresh, emollient formula leaves the surface soft and velvety, gives make-up a smooth base to grip, and helps shield the skin from pollution through the day. A faint lavender tint counteracts yellow undertones and brightens a dull complexion. Smooth a small amount over the face after moisturiser and let it settle before applying foundation. For combination to oily skin, choose Matte Primer instead.
