The oil layer dissolves stubborn formulas such as Aquaproof Mascara and Ultra Lasting Lipstick, and the water layer leaves the skin feeling fresh rather than greasy. It is gentle enough for the eye area and suits every skin type, with a soothing, cooling feel on contact. Shake the bottle to combine the two phases, hold a soaked pad on the lashes for a few seconds, then wipe away.
